How to make an appointment
New Patient - Appointments

1. Obtain Referral
Referral required for all medical concerns.
Please get a referral from your GP or medical specialist.
NB. You do not need a referral for a cosmetic appointment. Please see FAQs for more detail on referrals.

2. Send Referral
Please ask your doctor if they can send your referral via Medical Objects or Health Link. This is the most secure way to send all your personal details.
Alternatively, please send your referral to:

3. We'll call you
Your referral will be added for your doctor to review.
We will call you to book your appointment.
If you do not answer, we will endeavour to leave a voicemail and also send you a SMS with a tentative appointment.
Existing Patient - Appointments

1. Option 1 - I'm concerned about...
If you have a new lesion or you have had a flare up of an existing condition, please email photos to us on reception@novadermatology.com.au
From here, we will speak with your doctor and phone you to make an appointment.

2. Option 2 - "I have a new concern..."
You will need a new referral.
Please ask your doctor if they can send your referral via Medical Objects or Health Link. This is the most secure way to send all your personal details.
